5 tips for a great Proactive Property Awards submission

Hopefully you are hard at work creating your submission for the 2021 Proactive Property Awards – nominations are due in in a couple of weeks: by 5pm on Friday 13 August.

Although the simple submission form means that the awards are easy to enter, we thought a few tips might be useful to help you create an award-winning submission:

Tip 1:   We are looking to showcase the very best corporate real estate solutions created to solve business challenges - big or small. Please make sure you have identified the challenge you have addressed, and the solution; show how one leads to the other. 

Tip 2:   It’s about people and property – so please highlight the people, teams, groups of any sort that have been involved

Tip 3:   Show us how you have generated significant value outcomes. What are they? And how have they changed your world?

Tip 4:   Make it obvious! If your solution involved innovation and/or collaboration, make sure we can see it!

Tip 5:   We know that your solution may have some confidential information in it. To protect that confidentiality, please mark clearly what is confidential information. 

Key dates:

·      Friday 13 August at 5pm – nominations close

·      Week of 13 September – shortlisted entrants present to the judges

·      Thursday 23 September 5pm-7pm – Awards event, winner announced! (venue tba)
