Breakfast with the Boss - Tim O'Connor

Tim O'Connor is Head of Office Leasing, Australia for JLL and a member of JLL's Global Office Leasing Board. Tim completed a Bachelor of Land Economics at UTS before starting his commercial real estate career in Sydney in 1995 with FPD Raine and Horrne.

In 2001 Tim moved to Hong Kong with Savills where he spent 5 years working on major office developments for clients including Sun Hing Kai, AIG and Swire Properties. In 2006 Tim relocated to Shanghai where he led CBRE's Tenant and Landlord Leasing teams representing major multinational occupiers and both local and regional developers.

In 2011 Tim returned to Australia to take up the Head of NSW Leasing with JLL role before becoming Head of Leasing of major projects for clients including Lendlease, Charter Hall, Dexus, The GPT Group, Mirvac, Cbus and ISPT
