Paula Bayleys in November 2020 in the commercial division and undertakes the role of National Director of Customer Engagement and Advisory. Paula leads the engagement with select corporate, government, large developers and private wealth. She excels in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring a property plan specific to individual requirements across the suite of Bayley’s offerings, including transacting large property deals. Paula is also integral in supporting leadership across women in commercial property. Paula was previously a Senior Government Minister and held a multitude of portfolios including social housing, associate finance and state services and was Deputy Prime Minister. Paula is Maori with Tainui ancestry. |
Michael Holloway Director Outform Property Investment Management |
Michael can't believe he's been in property for 28 years! Starting as a research analyst at Savills in London in 1994. After completing a Masters and then obtaining his RICS as a land agent, also with Savills, which was his first experience of the benefits of mentoring, he moved into commercial property with DTZs Pension Fund team. Then with GE Real Estate he was part of a team that actively managed and traded £2 billion of property in the UK, before being asked to relocate to NZ in 2004 as Country Leader for GE's NZ commercial loan portfolio. After successfully navigating the GFC Michael started as GM Property at Trust Management where his team were awarded Fund Management team of the year in 2015. More recently Michael has been GM Commercial and GM Property Investment at Kiwi Property. Now as an independent consultant Michael advises offshore and domestic institutional and family office investors on investment strategy and asset management. Michael enjoys challenging the conventional and will often turn up to meetings on his motorbike. He's married with two teenage girls who sharpen his negotiation skills daily. |

Ashleigh leads the projects and development services team for JLL in NZ. She is a project delivery professional with 10 years’ experience of managing the delivery of high-quality fit outs, building refurbishments and new-build projects for leading organisations. She has extensive experience in delivering corporate office fit outs for large national and global organisations. Ashleigh thrives in creating a cohesive environment for her team, harvesting success within the team and each individual. In partnership with the wider local and off shore business her team provides strategic advice across all stages from feasibility to successful completion; and work to achieve outstanding results for their clients through strong leadership and effective stakeholder management. |
