Biography:

A UK-licensed architect, Claire has a passion for sustainable design with a focus on crafting space that physically embodies and reflects the core values of its occupants. She is a strategic thinker who believes in leading by end user experience, fostering connectivity between progressive design thinking and brand values.

In 2022 Claire rejoined Warren and Mahoney after 12 years at global design practice Foster + Partners in London and California. She brings back with her a fresh perspective of working with world-leading brands.

My journey into the future and back to the senses

From London to San Francisco, Claire Sharpe will give unique insights and observations gained through her involvement in the design and delivery of world-class corporate real estate in Silicon Valley.

Claire will reflect on the realisation of this design process and discuss how the modern workplace must be designed to adapt to the changing social and environmental climate, while at its core giving back to its users.

The workplace of the future must create an experiential sense of belonging and support health and wellbeing.
