After the past two years of unprecedented events and overwhelming unpredictability, we are delighted to bring back some normality with our 9th successive CoreNet NZ Predictions and Resolutions’ briefing.

Hear the thoughts of our excellent line up of knowledgeable speakers, who will be sharing their predictions on what they feel the next 12 months have in store for us after a challenging 2020/2021.

This has always been one of our most popular events and a thought-provoking way to kick off the new year.

Speakers
Anna Rusk Associate Resolve XO	Anna has worked in the corporate property industry for more than 15 years, representing clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Her career started in commercial property management with a portfolio of suburban and city fringe office assets, before moving into services-based roles. The latter included two years managing the leasing and corporate property strategy requirements for Ernst & Young across their premises throughout Oceania. With her significant experience in working with both landlords and occupiers, Anna has an excellent understanding of what motivates each party in a transaction. This experience, combined with her qualifications in commercial law, has made her a canny operator and skilful negotiator. Anna’s specialisations include lease acquisitions, lease renewals, portfolio strategy, market intelligence, rent reviews and make good settlements.
Christian Pistauer Director Meta5	Christian holds a master’s degree in architecture and since 1999 worked major workplace projects across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Since 2008 he is focused on Workplace Strategy, Change Management and how to translate a business strategy to high performing and exciting workplaces that make a positive difference to businesses and their users. Christian is a cofounder of Meta5 Group.
Vernon Sequeira Investment Manager Jasper	My name is Vernon Sequeira, and I am an Investment Manager at Jasper Wealth. I have spent the last few years perfecting my craft in the commercial real estate and finance sectors. I joined Jasper in 2019 to be part of a business that is shaking up the real estate market by improving access to private real estate. I graduated with a Masters of Property and a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Auckland. Outside real estate, I spent almost all of my time outdoors and enjoy football, skiing, hiking and running.
Gavin Read Head of Research JLL New Zealand	Gavin Read is Head of Research for JLL NZ, based in Auckland. Focusing on the commercial property markets across New Zealand, he is responsible for presenting market insights to institutional and private clients, authoring thought leadership papers and providing data analysis for the wider JLL business and clients.
