Enter the CoreNet Global NZ Awards

Are you a corporate real estate leader who had delivered real value to your organisation this year?

We are looking to celebrate excellence in the commercial real estate world with the launch of The CoreNet Global NZ Awards 2023 – and we’re looking to celebrate outstanding stories of leadership and accomplishment in corporate real estate.

Kindly sponsored by Kada and SWR Group, our awards this year are an evolution of The Proactive Property Awards we have run in previous years. Now in line with – and eligible for entry into – CoreNet’s global awards scheme, the 2023 CoreNet Global NZ Awards will acknowledge and showcase the very best corporate real estate solutions created to solve business challenges - big or small – in New Zealand.

There are two awards this year:

Young Leader Of The Year Award
We invite you to nominate yourself or a colleague for the Young Leader of the Year Award, which will recognise a real estate professional aged 35 or younger by October 2023 who has demonstrated leadership and exemplified excellence in corporate real estate.

Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Executive of the Year Award
This award recognises the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) executive who has made an outstanding and distinguished contribution to his/her company and to the industry. It is aimed at acknowledging the achievements of the nominee within the past year.

Entering the awards is easy!

The submissions and criteria are up on our website - HERE – showing you how easy it is to enter this exciting new awards scheme.

Key dates:

• Tuesday 31 October, 5pm – nominations / submissions close / sent in to george@theclaritybusiness.co.nz
• Early November – shortlisted entrants present to the judges
• Thursday 30 November 5pm-7pm – winners will be announced at our always popular end-of-year gathering, guaranteeing great exposure for all finalists and winners!

Winners will:

• Receive a framed certificate, profile in CoreNet’s communications through the awards period, plus the chance to speak at a CoreNet NZ event in 2024
• Go on to be considered as part of CoreNet Global’s global awards
